Billing
$1.99 excl. tax per connected account per month. No minimum, no commitment, unlimited users. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
What is counted
The number of connected accounts, and nothing else. Not users, not posts, not reviewers. A team of twelve on two accounts pays for two accounts.
One subscription per organization, whose quantity follows the number of accounts plugged in.
The four rules
- You pay before adding. No account connects if the subscription does not cover it.
- A mid-month addition is prorated and charged right away to the card on file. The renewal date does not move: it stays the one from the first payment.
- A month started is owed. Stopping an account brings the quantity down at the next renewal, with no refund. The paid month leaves a credit: reconnecting an account before the renewal date charges nothing.
- Replacing one account with another is free. The subscription does not change and nothing is charged.
Before every addition, the screen shows what will be charged and what the monthly amount becomes. Nothing is debited without that screen.
Payment
Card details are entered in our payment provider’s window: Timalio never sees a card number. Invoices, changing the card and cancelling go through the portal the billing page opens.
The service is for professional use: subscribing asks you to confirm that, and the terms apply.
There is no free trial, and a failed payment cuts nothing off automatically. A card that expired on a Tuesday shows up as such; cutting off a customer’s tool over it is a commercial decision, not a technical rule.
Billing is admin-only, and it cannot be driven from an API key: a key that leaks must not be able to commit money.
