Timalio charges for connected accounts, never for people: any number of teammates can write, submit and approve posts at no extra cost, and the $1.99 per-account price does not change with the size of the team.
What unlimited really means here
- No seat fee, ever. Inviting a fifth or a fiftieth teammate costs nothing beyond the accounts already connected.
- Roles, not licenses. Each person gets a role (admin, editor, approver, viewer) that shapes what they can do, not a separate line on the invoice.
- Two-factor authentication is per person, and can be required for the whole team by an admin.
Inviting someone
An invite goes out by email, with a link that assigns the chosen role the moment it is accepted. Anyone with a Google account can also sign in directly with the invited address.

No. The price is per connected account, not per person: a team of two or twenty pays the same $1.99 per account.
