Rates checked on buffer.com/pricing, postly.ai/pricing and metricool.com/pricing on September 17, 2026, at their MONTHLY rate with no commitment: ours is too, and comparing our monthly against their annual was costing us 20%. Buffer Team is the tier where content approval becomes available on their side; their published scale runs from $12 per channel up to ten, to $4 from eleven to twenty-five and $3 above that. Postly requires a minimum of five channels. Where Timalio stops being the cheapest: past forty-one accounts, Postly’s annual plan, with a commitment, costs less; and past thirty-three accounts, Metricool Advanced costs less, provided the accounts fit inside its fifteen “brands”, a brand holding only one profile per network. Ten LinkedIn profiles for ten people is ten brands.

From the first one, no minimum. Two accounts cost $3.98. Payment goes through Stripe, month by month, no commitment. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
Roles and approvals are in the price
Buffer doubles its per-channel rate to unlock approvals. Later, SocialBee, Sendible and Metricool keep them for their higher tier, Hootsuite for $399 per seat. Here they are inside the $1.99, with unlimited users.
Add, stop, replace
An account added mid-month is prorated, calculated and shown before you pay. A month that has started is owed: stopping an account leaves a credit until renewal, and swapping one account for another costs nothing.
