No credit card. No minimum number of accounts. Prices excl. tax.

Connect your AI

Ask your AI. The post lands in your queue.

Connect your AI assistant to Timalio through the MCP server. Ask in plain words: it checks each network’s current rules, and the post joins your queue, waiting for approval like any other.

Works with

  • Claude Code
  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini CLI
  • Le Chat
  • Cursor

and any assistant that connects to a remote MCP server, with an API key or OAuth.

The Timalio publishing queue, split by day: two scheduled posts, the accounts they target, the Queue, Approvals, Drafts and Sent tabs, and the Queue, Week and Month views.
The queue, split into days. Queue, Week or Month view.
The Timalio composer: the text, the character counter for the strictest network (here Bluesky), the account picker, per-network tailoring, the image area and the preview, network by network.
The composer counts characters against the strictest network among the accounts you checked.

One account, one calendar

The account you pick is in the page address: a calendar can be bookmarked and shared. Each account has its own posting schedule, because you do not post to LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Mastodon at the same hours.

Images, wherever the network takes them

Up to four images per post, 2 MB each, with their alt text. They go out on Bluesky and Mastodon, not on LinkedIn. Timalio tells you on screen, before you send.

Every format, on every network that takes it

Drag a scheduled post to another day right on the calendar. Carousels of up to four images ship today on Bluesky and Mastodon, and video wherever Mastodon accepts it. Reels and Stories are built and ready on our side: they open to every client the day Instagram does.

One key, two doors

Your AI schedules. Your team still approves.

One tml_… key connects your tools to Timalio. A post scheduled by an AI enters the queue like any other, on behalf of whoever owns the key, and asks for the same approval.

Your AI is not writing blind: the network_rules tool hands it the rules of the target network at the moment it writes, the length allowed, what goes through and what does not. What you get back is a post that can be published, not one rejected on send.

It is included in the per-account price, with no add-on and no tier.

The editorial plan

The editorial plan, not a spreadsheet that lies.

Set the content mix you are aiming for (product, behind the scenes, customers) and see the month’s actual balance, pillar by pillar. Each line carries the markets it targets. The “Scheduled” column reads the real post written under it, never a box ticked by hand.

Team and approvals

Nobody publishes by accident.

Unlimited users, each with a role: writer, approver or admin, no per-seat charge. A post that is written goes out for review, not online. The approver gives the go-ahead or asks for changes, with a comment; authors do not approve their own text unless they are admins. Once a post is published, or on its way out, it can no longer be edited.

The workflow is included in the base price, with as many reviewers as you need, and it can be switched off per organization if you would rather everyone schedule what they write.

Every post carries its own log: who wrote it, who submitted it, who asked for changes, who approved it, and when.

The “Approvals” tab in Timalio, for a made-up bakery: two posts written by an editor are awaiting approval, each with an Approve and a Request changes button, the accounts it targets and, for the first one, its version tailored for Bluesky.

Four roles, one queue

From draft to an actual publication.

Editor

Writing

You write, check the accounts you are targeting, and set a time or take the next free slot.

Approver

Review

Go-ahead, or changes requested with a comment. As many reviewers as you want, at no extra cost.

System

Scheduling

The post joins the queue at the chosen time. A slot that is already taken is never handed out twice.

System

Publishing

The post actually goes out. If something goes wrong temporarily, Timalio retries up to three times and tells you.

Analytics

What is actually happening, account by account.

Followers over time and best-performing posts, per connected account, never blended into one shared average.

Metricool$67 · flat, 15 brands

Buffer Team$12.00 / channel · volume tiers

At 4 accounts, you save $480 a year against Buffer Team, the tier where approvals become available.

Rates checked on buffer.com/pricing, postly.ai/pricing and metricool.com/pricing on September 17, 2026, at their MONTHLY rate with no commitment: ours is too, and comparing our monthly against their annual was costing us 20%. Buffer Team is the tier where content approval becomes available on their side; their published scale runs from $12 per channel up to ten, to $4 from eleven to twenty-five and $3 above that. Postly requires a minimum of five channels. Where Timalio stops being the cheapest: past forty-one accounts, Postly’s annual plan, with a commitment, costs less; and past thirty-three accounts, Metricool Advanced costs less, provided the accounts fit inside its fifteen “brands”, a brand holding only one profile per network. Ten LinkedIn profiles for ten people is ten brands.

01

$1.99 per connected account, excl. tax

From the first one, no minimum. Two accounts cost $3.98. Payment goes through Stripe, month by month, no commitment. Prices exclude tax. VAT or sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

02

Roles and approvals are in the price

Buffer doubles its per-channel rate to unlock approvals. Later, SocialBee, Sendible and Metricool keep them for their higher tier, Hootsuite for $399 per seat. Here they are inside the $1.99, with unlimited users.

03

Add, stop, replace

An account added mid-month is prorated, calculated and shown before you pay. A month that has started is owed: stopping an account leaves a credit until renewal, and swapping one account for another costs nothing.
